On grounds relating to your particular situation, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you which is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (data processing on the basis of a balancing of interests); this also applies to profiling based on this provision within the meaning of Art. 4(4) GDPR.

Collection of General Information

When you access our website, information of a general nature is automatically collected. This information (server log files) includes, for example, the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your internet service provider and the like. This is exclusively information that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your identity. This information is technically necessary in order to correctly deliver the website content you have requested and is unavoidable when using the internet. Anonymous information of this kind is evaluated statistically by us in order to optimise our website and the technology behind it.

Legal basis and legitimate interest: Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website.

Recipients: We use service providers for the operation and maintenance of our website who act as our processors. All service providers are contractually obliged to treat your data confidentially.

Storage period: The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. The data is deleted after a maximum of 3 months at the latest.

Provision of the data: The provision of the aforementioned personal data is neither required by law nor by contract. However, without the IP address, the service and functionality of our website cannot be guaranteed.

Newsletter

When you sign up to receive our newsletter, the data you provide is used exclusively for this purpose. Subscribers may also be informed by email about circumstances relevant to the service or registration (for example, changes to the newsletter offering or technical matters). A valid email address is required for an effective registration. In order to verify that a registration is actually made by the owner of an email address, we use the “double opt-in” procedure. For this purpose, we log the newsletter order, the dispatch of a confirmation email and the receipt of the requested reply. No further data is collected. The data is used exclusively for sending the newsletter and is not passed on to third parties.

You can revoke your consent to the storage of your personal data and its use for sending the newsletter at any time. Each newsletter contains a corresponding link for this purpose. You can also unsubscribe directly on this website at any time, or inform us of your wish via the contact options provided at the end of this document. In this context, data is only processed for as long as the corresponding consent exists. After that it is deleted. The provision of your personal data is voluntary, based solely on your consent. Without existing consent we are unfortunately unable to send you our newsletter.

By registering for the newsletter, you agree that data on your usage behaviour with regard to each mailing (open rate, click behaviour, intensity of use) is processed and used in accordance with entergon’s privacy provisions in order to tailor the offering and services of entergon GmbH & Co. KG to your individual needs. This consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future. A link to revoke it can be found at the end of every mailing. We use Evalanche to send our newsletter. Evalanche is an analytics service of SC-Networks GmbH, based in Starnberg.

Legal basis for these processing operations is in each case your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Contact Form

If you contact us by email or via the contact form, the information you provide is stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and for possible follow-up questions for 6 months. The provision of your personal data is voluntary. However, we can only process your enquiry if you provide us with your name, your email address and the reason for the enquiry.
